General admission tickets give you admittance to In The Pines for the entirety of the event.

VIP tickets give you admittance to In The Pines for the entirety of the event, plus a VIP t-shirt, access to a preferred viewing section and VIP restroom trailer, and one drink ticket. VIP EXCLUSIVE - Parking is available as an add-on at checkout for VIP purchasers only. A parking add-on guarantees you a designated parking spot that's in walking distance to the event grounds.

ALL tickets (excluding VIP) will be electronically sent to the email address used at checkout. You will need to print out your tickets or have them ready to scan on your mobile device when you arrive at the event. We will not mail any wristbands. Wristbands will only be redeemed onsite. No exceptions. All VIP packages purchased before May 15 will be shipped prior to event date. All VIP packages purchased after May 15 will be print-at-home tickets to be exchanged for VIP package items upon arrival to the event.

Re-entry will be allowed until 6:00 pm. Patrons may re-enter as long as they left the event grounds before 6:00 pm. Patrons who want to leave the event after 6:00 pm will have their wristbands removed and will not be allowed to re-enter the event. All tickets will be electronically scanned at the event gates to verify authenticity as fans enter the event, and once a ticket has been scanned it cannot be reused by another guest. Guests must wear their wristband on their wrist for the entirety of the event. Do not cut, tear, or break your wristband unless you do not intend on coming back inside the event grounds. We cannot allow reentry if your wristband is broken. Treat your wristband as cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen wristbands. All fans will be subject to a bag search upon entry to the event grounds. Please see the list of allowed and prohibited items in the FAQ below.

In The Pines will be strictly enforcing a clear bag policy. Only CLEAR bags smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" and small wallets are allowed. Please see full list of allowed and prohibited items in the FAQ below. All bags are subject to search.

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home. The following items are ALLOWED: CLEAR bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Small wallets Baby Strollers (no wagons please) Binoculars Blankets, Sheets, Towels Phones Empty reusable water bottles and hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles. Guests will be allowed to bring one unopened factory-sealed water bottle (under 32 ounces) as well as refillable bottles, so be sure to bring a water bottle or cup and stay hydrated! Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers Personal sized hand sanitizer Prescription Medicine Requirements: Anyone needing prescription medicine at the event must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff at each entrance gate. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day. Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler. Over the counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Bottle contents will be verified by medical personnel at the entry gates. The following items are PROHIBITED: Any bags that are NOT CLEAR and/or clear bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products Coolers of any kind. Yes! In The Pines is a brand new live music event. While it’s produced by the same team that brings you the annual Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion, this event is completely separate from the beloved 3-day music festival. In our opinion, the more music we can bring to Bristol, the better. And we’ve now done just that. We hope you will join us for even more incredible music!

No. In The Pines has a completely new set of rules that will be strictly enforced. The Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion rules that many patrons are used to regarding entry, ticketing, chairs, etc. DO NOT APPLY at In The Pines. Attendees are allowed to bring a chair within the approved areas. Chairs will not be permitted beyond a certain point at the standing/dancing zone. Signs will designate the standing/dancing zone in front of the main stages. This area is first come first served. Chairs are allowed outside of the no chair zone and in most other areas of the event grounds. Chairs will not be provided. Attendees are allowed to bring a chair into the VIP viewing area as well. Chairs will not be provided.

Public parking is limited in downtown Bristol and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please be prepared for traffic closures. Exclusive parking spots are available for purchase as an add-on at InThePinesBristol.com. The location of paid parking will be in the Moore Street-Cumberland Square Park parking lot and the Bristol Train Station parking lot will be used as overflow should Cumberland fill up. If you bought a parking spot, please go to the Cumberland Square Park lot first and show your hang tag or digital/print-at-home ticket to the parking attendant.
