  • How do I purchase tickets?
    Tickets are sold online only. Tickets are available for purchase here: BUY TICKETS In The Pines uses Tixr as our sole ticketing platform. In The Pines is not affiliated with any third party ticket sites like Stub Hub or SeatGeek. We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through any site other than our official Tixr page. We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold to a broker or unauthorized third party. If you are holding a revoked ticket, you will not be admitted and will not receive a refund. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES. NO REENTRY. EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. LINEUP IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, WEAPONS, COOLERS, PETS OR GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED. NO RECORDING DEVICES OR VIDEO CAMERAS PERMITTED. NO TRANSMISSION OR AIDING IN TRANSMITTING ANY DESCRIPTION, ACCOUNT, PICTURE, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT, GAME, PERFORMANCE, OR EXHIBITION. OBJECTS AND YOU AGREE THAT THE MANAGEMENT, ITS AGENTS, AND THE PERFORMERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES RESULTING FROM SUCH CAUSES. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE REASONABLE SEARCH FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, DRUGS, OR WEAPONS. YOU FURTHER CONSENT TO THE USE OF YOUR IMAGE OR LIKENESS INCIDENTAL TO ANY DISPLAY, TRANSMISSION, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION OR EJECT ANY PERSON WHOSE CONDUCT IS DEEMED BY MANAGEMENT TO BE DISORDERLY OR WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN.   • What is included with a GA ticket?
    General admission tickets give you admittance to In The Pines for the entirety of the event.
  • What is included with a VIP ticket?
    VIP tickets give you admittance to In The Pines for the entirety of the event, plus a VIP t-shirt, access to a preferred viewing section and VIP restroom trailer, and one drink ticket. VIP EXCLUSIVE - Parking is available as an add-on at checkout for VIP purchasers only. A parking add-on guarantees you a designated parking spot that's in walking distance to the event grounds.
  • How will I receive my tickets?
    ALL tickets (excluding VIP) will be electronically sent to the email address used at checkout. You will need to print out your tickets or have them ready to scan on your mobile device when you arrive at the event. We will not mail any wristbands. Wristbands will only be redeemed onsite. No exceptions. All VIP packages will be shipped prior to event date.
  • Do kids get in free?
    No. All individuals who enter the event grounds will need a ticket.

  • What is the schedule of performances?
    Information is not yet available. Check back closer to the event date for more information.
  • What are the entry protocols?
    No re-entry after 6:00 p.m. Fans cannot leave the event grounds and be readmitted after 6:00 p.m. ET. All tickets will be electronically scanned at the event gates to verify authenticity as fans enter the event, and once a ticket has been scanned it cannot be reused by another guest. All fans will be subject to a search upon entry to the event grounds. Please see the list of allowed and prohibited items below.
  • What is the bag policy at In The Pines?
    In The Pines will be strictly enforcing a clear bag policy. Only CLEAR bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed. Please see full list of allowed and prohibited items in the FAQ below. All bags are subject to search.
  • What items are allowed and prohibited at In The Pines?
    Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home. The following items are ALLOWED: CLEAR bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Baby Strollers (no wagons please) Binoculars Blankets, Sheets, Towels Cameras (basic point and shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed) Chairs (Festival or Camping folding chairs) Empty reusable water bottles and hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles. Guests will be allowed to bring one unopened factory-sealed water bottle (under 32 ounces) as well as refillable bottles, so be sure to bring a water bottle or cup and stay hydrated! Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less Personal sized hand sanitizer Prescription Medicine Requirements: Anyone needing prescription medicine at the event must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff at each entrance gate. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day. Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler. Over the counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Bottle contents will be verified by medical personnel at the entry gates. The following items are PROHIBITED: Any bags that are NOT CLEAR and/or clear bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products Coolers of any kind. (Exceptions may be made for medical use) Framed backpacks, multiple pocket backpacks and any pack that is not aligned with the allowed backpacks above. (See Full Bag Policy Below) Any and all professional audio recording equipment Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment. Any and all professional video equipment. No video recording will be allowed Drones or any other remote flying device Hammocks Glass containers of any kind Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind Inflatables of any kind, including inflatable chairs Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind Umbrellas Pets (except service animals) Selfie sticks Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc. Weapons or explosives of any kind Fireworks Large chains or spiked jewelry No bicycles Carts of any kind (including Red Wagons)
  • Can I leave and re-enter the event grounds?
    No re-entry after 6:00 p.m. Fans cannot leave the event grounds and be readmitted after 6:00 p.m. ET.
  • Where is the event located?
    The event will be held in downtown Bristol, TN/VA at the corner of M.L.K. Jr Blvd and Cumberland St (parallel to the Bristol Train Station). The event entry gate will be located on Cumberland St and can be accessed from the corner of Cumberland St and Lee St. A detailed map of the event grounds will be available closer to the event.
  • What are the dates and hours of In The Pines?
    The date of In The Pines is set for June 1, 2024. Gate times and schedule information is not yet available, but the event will likely begin around lunchtime. Check back closer to the event date for more detailed information.
  • Is this event different than Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion?
    Yes! In The Pines is a brand new live music event. While it’s produced by the same team that brings you the annual Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion, this event is completely separate from the beloved 3-day music festival. In our opinion, the more music we can bring to Bristol, the better. And we’ve now done just that. We hope you will join us for even more incredible music!
  • Do the same general rules that apply to Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion apply to this event?
    No. In The Pines has a completely new set of rules that will be strictly enforced. The Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion rules that many patrons are used to regarding entry, ticketing, chairs, etc. DO NOT APPLY at In The Pines. Please take time to review our FAQ section when planning for In The Pines.
  • Can I bring a chair?
    Attendees are allowed to bring a chair within the approved areas. Chairs will not be permitted beyond a certain point at the standing/dancing zone. Signs will designate the standing/dancing zone in front of the main stages. This area is first come first served. Chairs are allowed outside of the no chair zone and in most other areas of the event grounds. Chairs will not be provided. Attendees are allowed to bring a chair into the VIP viewing area as well. Chairs will not be provided.
  • What times do gates open?

  • Can I bring a service animal?
    Yes, service animals will be allowed within event grounds. Please note that pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
  • How do I gain access to the Accessible Viewing Area?
    We have general viewing, ADA accessible viewing, and VIP viewing areas. We will have more detailed information for ADA viewing at a later date.

  • Will In The Pines have ASL interpreters?

  • Where is the event located?

  • What are the parking, shuttle, and rideshare options?
    Public parking is limited in downtown Bristol and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Exclusive parking spots are available for purchase as an add-on for VIP TICKET PURCHASERS ONLY. Very limited quantities are available. General admission tickets do NOT have the option to add parking. Shuttles are available as an add-on for all general admission and VIP ticket holders.
