In The Pines uses Tixr as our sole ticketing platform. In The Pines is not affiliated with any third party ticket sites like Stub Hub or SeatGeek. We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through any site other than our official Tixr page. We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold to a broker or unauthorized third party. If you are holding a revoked ticket, you will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.
NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES. NO REENTRY AFTER 6:00 PM. EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. LINEUP IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, WEAPONS, COOLERS, PETS OR GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED. NO RECORDING DEVICES OR VIDEO CAMERAS PERMITTED. NO TRANSMISSION OR AIDING IN TRANSMITTING ANY DESCRIPTION, ACCOUNT, PICTURE, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT, GAME, PERFORMANCE, OR EXHIBITION. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE GAME, EXHIBITION, EVENT, OR PERFORMANCE WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER SAID EVENT. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER OF BEING INJURED BY THROWN, BATTERED, KICKED, ETC. OBJECTS AND YOU AGREE THAT THE MANAGEMENT, ITS AGENTS, AND THE PERFORMERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES RESULTING FROM SUCH CAUSES. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE REASONABLE SEARCH FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, DRUGS, OR WEAPONS. YOU FURTHER CONSENT TO THE USE OF YOUR IMAGE OR LIKENESS INCIDENTAL TO ANY DISPLAY, TRANSMISSION, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION OR EJECT ANY PERSON WHOSE CONDUCT IS DEEMED BY MANAGEMENT TO BE DISORDERLY OR WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. IN THE EVENT THAT THE EVENT CANCELS FOR WHICH THERE IS NO RESCHEDULED DATE, A REFUND FOR THIS TICKET MAY BE ISSUED AT THE OPTION OF THE MANAGEMENT AND MAY NOT INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TICKETING FEES (I.E., TICKETING OPERATIONS FEE, SHIPPING FEES, ETC.). PURCHASER AGREES THAT PURCHASER IMAGE MAY BE USED IN FESTIVAL PROMOTION IN PRINT AND/OR SOCIAL MEDIA.
General admission tickets give you admittance to In The Pines for the entirety of the event.
VIP tickets give you admittance to In The Pines for the entirety of the event, plus a VIP t-shirt, access to a preferred viewing section and VIP restroom trailer, and one drink ticket.
VIP EXCLUSIVE - Parking is available as an add-on at checkout for VIP purchasers only. A parking add-on guarantees you a designated parking spot that's in walking distance to the event grounds.
ALL tickets (excluding VIP) will be electronically sent to the email address used at checkout. You will need to print out your tickets or have them ready to scan on your mobile device when you arrive at the event. We will not mail any wristbands. Wristbands will only be redeemed onsite. No exceptions. All VIP packages purchased before May 15 will be shipped prior to event date. All VIP packages purchased after May 15 will be print-at-home tickets to be exchanged for VIP package items upon arrival to the event.
